vicki Lane - a trainer with poise
I was born in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. My father was an engineer and mother an art critic. Since the age of seven I was doing ballroom dancing. At the age of sixteen I founded my own dance group “Galaktika” with which I danced and performed in various gala events (like Miss Photo Baltic, rock and pop stars concerts…), banquets, presentations, TV programmes and advertising compaigns (like Toyota, Pepsi-Cola…) for 10 years in Lithuania.
In 2001 I came to USA to compete at the finals of the “Showbiz National Talent Competition”. Having taken second place, I settled in Los Angeles to perfect my skills in jazz and hip hop with the world best choreographers (like Wade Robson, Eddie Garcia, Tabitha and Napoleon and so on). However while spending multiple hours dancing I injured my knee. This was the breaking point to switch my career from dancing to training. My training certifications include:
Personal Trainer certified with AFTA (American Fitness Training of Athletics)
Personal Trainer certified with NASM (National Academy of Sports and Medicine)
Dance & Fitness Instructor certified with PTA (Private Trainers Association)
Weight Loss Specialist certified with NASM (National Academy of Sports and Medicine)
Performance Specialist with EXOS (leader in integrated performance training)
For the last 10 years I was living and working as a personal trainer in Pasadena. I want to help my clients to lose weight, be fit, slim and healthy. My workouts focusing on tightening core, toning muscles, improving balance, posture, increasing flexibility, enhancing overall strength and performance.

“Vicki Lane has been my personal trainer for approximately 10 months now. I am in the best shape I have been in my life. I’ve lost 30 lbs since I began training. I’m sure I’ve lost more than 30 lbs in fat, because I’ve gained a lot more muscle. The results have been amazing. I’m about 2 pant size smaller, and I now wear medium-large t shirts (used to be XL). I’m better at all the activities that I love to do. I’ve gained a club length in my all clubs in golf (I believe from shear core strength). I can ride dirt bikes and atvs all weekend and not get tired like I used to.
From what I’ve seen, Vicki has a wide variety of clients, of all different body types and athletic ability and can customize her workouts accordingly. She has customized our workouts based on whatever my goal is at that time. In the beginning we focused on losing weight, then we transitioned into gaining muscle.
